New England Alcohol and Drug Abuse Agencies
State Scholarship Information
A limited number of partial scholarships are offered by some of the New England State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Agencies within their respective states. Each state differs in the amount of scholarship offered and the process by which it is awarded. Visit the links below to download a scholarship application. Contact the state agency representatives listed below for instructions and definitive deadline information. Deadline for scholarship applications varies by state, and deadlines may be viewed below. To assure consideration, it is advised that these requests be sent to the appropriate state agency as soon as possible. IMPORTANT: The school application IS NOT a state scholarship application and the state scholarship application is NOT a school application. These are two separate forms that must be completed and sent to the appropriate agency. To be considered for a scholarship, you must complete your state scholarship application – see below for contacts, or contact the New England Institute. If you apply for a scholarship and will NOT attend if you do not receive scholarship funding, select “Please withdraw if I do not receive a scholarship” on your application form. Otherwise, you will be responsible for your balance due if you do not cancel your application.
NOTE: We MUST have the $250 deposit prior to processing your school application. Most scholarships pay only partial school tuition and the deposit is required of all applicants, including those seeking scholarship support.
